FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.What are the purity standards of your products?

At ZYH BIOTECH, we uphold rigorous purity standards. Our single-molecule products typically meet or exceed 98% purity, as verified by HPLC analysis. In many cases, they reach purity levels of 99% or higher. Each batch of our research chemicals and peptides is also tested by independent third-party laboratories to ensure quality and consistency.

2.What form do your peptides arrive in?

Our peptides are supplied in lyophilized powder form to maintain maximum stability. This format allows the peptides to remain stable at room temperature for 4–6 weeks without significant degradation, as long as they are protected from direct sunlight—ensuring product integrity during shipping. Each peptide is packaged in glass crimp-top vials with color-coded flip-off caps for easy identification.

3.Do you provide dosing instructions for your products?

Regrettably, we are unable to provide any dosing instructions. All products offered by us are strictly intended for research and laboratory use only. As a company focused on research and development, our products are not approved for human or veterinary use and are not classified as pharmaceuticals. Therefore, no usage or dosage guidance can be given.

4.How should I store peptides, and what if they were exposed to extreme temperatures?

Our peptides are provided in lyophilized powder form to ensure long-term stability. Before reconstitution, they should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be refrigerated at 36°F–46°F (2°C–8°C).
If your product was exposed to extreme temperatures, here's what you should know:

Low temperatures generally do not cause degradation. However, freezing may cause solutions to precipitate or become non-uniform

High temperatures can speed up degradation. Brief exposure (less than 24 hours) to heat is usually not a major issue, but prolonged exposure can affect product quality.

Products that require freezing (-20°C) are more sensitive to temperature changes, especially in the presence of light, moisture, or oxygen.
To maintain quality, store peptides properly and avoid repeated temperature fluctuations.

5.What are your products used for?

All products offered by ZYH BIOTECH are strictly intended for academic and laboratory research purposes only. They are not manufactured, nor approved, for diagnostic or therapeutic use in humans. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the intended use before fulfilling any orders.

6.My solution has flakes, precipitation, or appears cloudy. Is it still usable?

It is not uncommon for solutions to appear cloudy or develop flakes or precipitates due to temperature fluctuations or extended storage. This can occur during cold weather shipping or accidental refrigeration.
To restore clarity and uniformity, gently warm the vial by running it under warm water (50–70°C) for 5–10 minutes while shaking it vigorously. This process typically re-dissolves any crystals or precipitates, making the solution suitable for continued research use.

7.Why does my product look different from last time?

Variations in color, texture, or appearance between batches are typically due to polymorphism—a natural phenomenon where a substance can exist in different crystalline forms. For example, both sand and glass are made of SiO₂ but appear very different.
Similarly, peptides may present slight visual differences due to changes in temperature, pressure, or synthesis conditions during production. These polymorphic variations are common in chemical compounds and do not impact the quality or intended research use of the product.
